At Alexander’s Meals, we take great pride in the quality of our meals, ingredients, and customer experience. Because our products are perishable and made fresh each week, we have a limited return policy outlined below.

Prepared Meals & Perishable Food Items

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on prepared meals, catering items, sauces, dressings, desserts, or other food products once they have been delivered or picked up. Please refrigerate all items promptly upon receipt.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, including:

Missing items Incorrect items
Damaged packaging
Quality concerns

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can make it right whenever possible.

To help us resolve issues quickly, we may request:

Your order number Photos of the item(s)
A brief description of the issue

Refunds & Credits

Refunds, partial refunds, or store credits may be issued at our discretion for verified order issues.

We do not offer refunds for:

Meals that were not enjoyed due to personal taste preferences
Orders left unrefrigerated after delivery or pickup
Incorrect delivery information entered at checkout
Missed deliveries due to unavailable recipients or inaccessible locations
Orders not picked up during the designated pickup window

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because we purchase ingredients and begin prep in advance, order cancellations or changes may not be available after our weekly ordering deadline. If you need assistance with an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Catering Orders

Catering cancellations may be subject to additional terms depending on the size and timing of the event. Any cancellation policies or deposits for catering services will be communicated during the booking process.
