Even Alex’s mom, Mrs. Ann, plays an important role by helping deliver meals with warmth and care. Together, we’re committed to treating every customer like part of the family.

Meet Our Team
Chef Alex Heath
Alex Heath brings over 15 years of culinary experience and nearly a decade in the wine industry to Alexander’s Meals. A graduate of the Delgado School of Culinary Arts, Alex honed his skills in some of New Orleans’ most delicious kitchens, including Brown Butter Restaurant, Ye Olde College Inn, and Martin’s Wine Cellar, where he also worked extensively in catering. Over the years, he advanced from Sous Chef to Chef de Cuisine and even launched his own acclaimed supper club, Deep Fried Gumbo. After a successful career in wine sales and management, Alex has returned to his first love—cooking—blending his deep kitchen roots with a refined palate to craft meals that are both elevated and heartfelt.

Kendall Heath
Kendall brings 15 years of experience in marketing and operations to Alexander’s Meals. As the owner of a successful cheese and charcuterie business, Plattered NOLA, for the past 5 years, Kendall’s passion for food and hospitality perfectly complements Alex’s culinary expertise, creating a dynamic partnership dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
