Our kitchen is led by Chef Alex, whose years of culinary experience and passion for great food are behind every recipe we serve. Kendall manages the customer experience by planning each week’s menu, communicating with customers, photographing every meal, and ensuring every order is packed with care.
What started as a passion for sharing great food has grown into a community of customers who trust us to help simplify mealtime each week. We do not just prepare meals. Meet Our Team
Chef Alex Heath
Alex Heath brings over 15 years of culinary experience and nearly a decade in the wine industry to Alexander’s Meals. A graduate of the Delgado School of Culinary Arts, Alex honed his skills in some of New Orleans’ most celebrated kitchens, including Brown Butter Restaurant, Ye Olde College Inn, and Martin’s Wine Cellar, where he also worked extensively in catering. Over the years, he advanced from Sous Chef to Chef de Cuisine and even launched his own acclaimed supper club, Deep Fried Gumbo. After a successful career in wine sales and management, Alex returned to his first love, cooking. Today, he combines his deep culinary roots with a refined palate to create chef prepared meals that are both elevated and approachable for families to enjoy at home.
Kendall Heath
Kendall brings 15 years of experience in marketing and operations to Alexander’s Meals. As the owner of a successful cheese and charcuterie business, Plattered NOLA, for the past 5 years, Kendall’s passion for food and hospitality perfectly complements Alex’s culinary expertise, creating a dynamic partnership dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
