When are the weekly menus released?

Our new menu is released every Sunday for the following week’s pickup and delivery.

What is the cutoff time for placing orders?

Orders close at 12:00 PM (noon) every Friday. Items may sell out before the ordering deadline, so we recommend placing your order early for the best selection.

How do I place an order?

Simply place your order directly through our website. Select your meals, choose delivery or pickup, and we’ll take care of the rest!

When will I receive my meals?

Meals are available for pickup or delivery every Tuesday. Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE delivery within our delivery area.

Where are your pickup locations?

You can pick up your order at either of our convenient locations:

  • Elio’s Wine Warehouse (Uptown)
  • Old Metairie Bottle Shop (Old Metairie)

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Uptown, Lakeview, Mid-City, Metairie, and Kenner.

What time will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are made every Tuesday between 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes. We offer delivery to Uptown, Metairie, Mid-City, Lakeview, and Kenner for a flat $20 delivery fee.

Delivery ZIP Codes: 70001, 70002, 70003, 70005, 70006, 70062, 70064, 70112, 70115, 70118, 70119, 70122, 70123, 70124, 70125, and 70130.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE delivery within our delivery area.

How many people does a family meal serve?

Our family meals are designed to serve 4 people.

How do I reheat my meals?

Reheating instructions are included with every order. You can also find them anytime at alexandersmeals.com/reheating-instructions.

How long do your meals stay fresh?

Our meals are prepared fresh each week and are best enjoyed within 4–5 days of pickup or delivery. Many of our meals can also be frozen for later enjoyment.

Are your meals made with fresh ingredients?

Yes! We use fresh, high-quality ingredients and source locally whenever possible. Our menus are built around seasonal ingredients to deliver the best flavor and quality each week.

How often does your menu change?

Every week! We release a brand-new menu each Sunday featuring 4 individual meals and 2 family meals that serve 4, along with breakfast items, desserts, kids’ meals, and other seasonal favorites. Every meal is prepared fresh and is available for pickup or delivery the following Tuesday.

Can I customize my meals or choose specific dishes?

Yes! We’re happy to accommodate dietary preferences and special requests whenever possible. Please contact us at info@alexandersmeals.com before placing your order so we can confirm we’re able to accommodate your request. Once you’ve placed your order, please include your request in the order notes at checkout so our kitchen has all the details.

Can meals be made dairy-free or gluten-free?

Yes! Many of our meals can be prepared gluten-free or dairy-free. Please contact us at info@alexandersmeals.com before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to discuss available options.
